Virtual Charity Film Awards to take place on 21 April

WOODEN Spoon has been confirmed as a finalist for the Charity Film Awards 2020 for our Kobi Nazrul film.

The event, which was originally an award ceremony, has been moved to a virtual event taking place on 21 April across their website and social media.

The aim is for this event to be a major celebration of charity film making and to show the important work all charities do. All the more important in these challenging times.

Wooden Spoon is featured in a turnover category with 17 other charity films, and other awards will also include People’s Choice Winner and Charity Film of the Year.

The broadcast will begin at 7pm, however Wooden Spoon will be showing the Kobi Nazrul film from 6:30pm on our Facebook page.

Voting will remain open until 15 minutes after the live stream begins (7:15pm) and you can vote for us here.

The Charity Film Awards allows Wooden Spoon to reach a new audience during this challenging time, therefore please ensure you share our film on social media for your friends and family to vote too.
