Young Person membership
With our Young Person Membership, when you join, you’ll be supporting Wooden Spoon in helping to transform the lives of children and young people who really need our help.
As the children’s charity of rugby, we are a grant-making charity and fund life-changing projects across the UK and Ireland. We provide grants to local charities and organisations who work to give the best life opportunities to children and young people who are living with disabilities, those disadvantaged and those disengaged from society.
At £30 per annum or £3 per month by direct debit, this is a great way for a young person to become part of Wooden Spoon family by joining as a member – or if you are looking to purchase for a young person in your family, as either a parent or a guardian.
Our Young Person membership is for those under 25 years of age at the time of joining* and member benefits include:
- A welcome gift for new members, presented in our Membership Box: choices for the Young Person Membership include Wooden Spoon bobble hat, rugby socks or a tie.
- Monthly e-Spoonews with details of campaigns and projects
- Invitations to regional events
- Membership draws to win tickets and other prizes
- Bi-annual Spoonews magazine
- Being part of the Rugby community.
