We manage and support barbarian style Regional Vets Teams for special and occasional matches in support of the charity locally. 

You qualify as a Wooden Spoon Vet, if you:

a. Love rugby and are a current subscribing member of Wooden Spoon. 

b. Aged 35 or over – although some exceptions are made such as, looking older than 35 and being prepared to not run rings around our opponents (who will always be informed of your youth). 

c. Are keen to help Wooden Spoon make a difference on behalf of the rugby community. 

There is a standard match fee/donation and games are administered by volunteers from the local Wooden Spoon Region in conjunction with the National Rugby Manager. Wooden Spoon is an affiliated member of Hampshire RFU (a constituent member of RFU) for administrative purposes.
