Camphill School’s Out House Project
AberdeenOur House Project at Camphill School, a Specialist Equipment & Facilities project of a Dining Area, has opened in Aberdeen with a grant of £50,000. This project, aimed at transforming the lives of vulnerable children and young people with learning disabilities and complex additional support needs, is set to have a significant impact on the local community.
Our House Project at Camphill School
Camphill School is dedicated to empowering children and young people to grow in confidence, develop essential skills, and gain independence to reach their fullest potential. By providing a nurturing and supportive environment, the school ensures that every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
This new Specialist Equipment & Facilities project opened on 19th February 2025, and provides an inclusive and welcoming dining area, designed to help students come together in a social, structured, and supportive setting, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
This project was generously funded by a Wooden Spoon Charity grant. Wooden Spoon supports Camphill School’s dedication to provide facilities that promote wellbeing and personal growth.
