For the first time, the British & Irish Lions will play a home match in Ireland, facing Argentina at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium on Friday, 20th June 2025. This landmark fixture offers fans a unique chance to witness the Lions in action on home soil before they embark on their Australian tour. Head Coach Andy Farrell, familiar with the Aviva Stadium, aims to lead the Lions to victory, setting a triumphant tone for the challenges ahead. Tickets are available through official outlets, and supporters are encouraged to don their red attire to create an electrifying atmosphere.

Guinness World Record Attempt: The Longest Game

In the lead-up to the Lions vs. Pumas match, charity partners LooseHeadz and us, Wooden Spoon, are organising simultaneous attempts to set the Guinness World Record for the longest men’s and women’s rugby matches. Kicking off on 17th June in Dublin, these 36-hour marathon games aim to raise over £100,000 to support mental health initiatives and assist children and young people with disabilities or facing disadvantaged. This monumental endeavour is open to 92 players, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience to be part of rugby history.
