Wooden Spoon Wales’ annual quiz returns!

After a gap of 2 years due to COVID, the Wooden Spoon Wales Quiz returned in style in 2022 at Cardiff Arms Park.

The world famous Sir Gareth Edwards Lounge was the setting for a keenly fought competition presided over by the inimitable Phil Steele (Wooden Spoon Ambassador) who entertained the guests with his rugby anecdotes.

Over 30 teams competed & the winners for the first time were Cadfield Ruckers (Oakfield & Cadoxton Primary school), closely followed by Dark Side of the Moon (Admiral Insurance) & Blake Morgan (Airheads).

Thanks once again to our 2022 sponsors Cardiff RFC & Herbert R Thomas Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents. A record £4,000+ was raised to help support children with disabilities or facing disadvantage across the region.
