Wooden Spoon Marauders Gear Up For 2017 Sevens Season

This season sees three teams running out at the Graham Robinson Memorial 7’s at Old Emanuel RFC, New Malden on 15th April where we are holding our 2017 Trials.

There are a number of new faces attending, including a strong Fijian presence, and a number of exciting, young players that we believe may be ready for potential inclusion in the core squad. There will be around 36 players at the trials and the plan is to trim this to two full squads for the two Wooden Spoon Marauders senior men’s sides that we will be running out this season.

We firmly believe that the Wooden Spoon Marauders have the strongest schedule of events on the circuit this season and we need players to step up to the mark and show us that they are ready and committed for the season.
