Sensory Room, a specialist educational facility in the field of inclusive learning and wellbeing, has opened in Kent at Laleham Gap School with a funding boost of £12,000. This project, aimed at helping pupils reach their full potential through sensory support, is set to have a significant impact on the local community.
Sensory Room: Supporting Learning and Growth at Laleham Gap School
This new sensory space, which opened on 22nd November 2024, provides a calming and immersive environment designed to help students engage, relax, and explore in a supportive setting. The space is specifically tailored to support children with additional learning needs, helping them to develop essential skills and improve their overall wellbeing.
