Outdoor Play at St. John Fisher Catholic Primary School
WarwickshireOutdoor Play at St. John Fisher Catholic Primary School, a Playground & Outdoor Activities project featuring an outdoor play area, in Warwickshire, has been awarded a grant of £12,000. This project, aimed at promoting active play and social development for pupils of all abilities, is set to have a significant impact on the local community.
Outdoor Play supports the mission of St. John Fisher Catholic Primary School, which is committed to providing all children with an outstanding Catholic education. With Christ at the centre, the school nurtures gospel values and key life skills, helping to develop independent, lifelong learners who flourish both academically and personally.
This new Playground & Outdoor Activities project, which officially opened on 22nd May 2025, provides a safe and inclusive outdoor environment designed to help children engage in physical activity, build confidence, and form positive relationships through play.
The project was generously funded by a Wooden Spoon charity grant. Wooden Spoon proudly supports St John Fisher Catholic Primary School and their dedication to creating enriching outdoor spaces that foster wellbeing, resilience, and growth for all children.
