Jason Leonard opens new project in Essex
Eastern CountiesEx England Rugby Player, Jason Leonard OBE, returned to his home county of Essex to join Wooden Spoon Eastern Counties in the opening of a new sensory room at Castledon School, Wickford.
Wooden Spoon Eastern Counties generously donated £12,700 to fund the new room, which will give students the opportunity to spend quality, quiet time within a specialized area.
Teacher, Lizzy Cole, said: “The new room will make the world of difference to the children’s school experience.”
Southend RFC members also attended the opening after their continued support helped fund the project whilst Wooden Spoon Eastern Counties would also like to thank Fossil Foundation for their continued financial commitment and support.
