Green Play at Cricket Green School
Cricket Green School is dedicated to educating and developing children so they can lead independent, fulfilled, and happy lives. The school strives to enable pupils to make informed choices, develop greater levels of independence, and gain an increased awareness of themselves as learners, individuals, and members of their local community.
This new playground & outdoor activities project, which opened on 12th of March 2025, provides eco-friendly sensory play equipment designed to help young children engage in stimulating and inclusive outdoor play. The equipment supports their development, enhancing sensory experiences while promoting social interaction and physical activity.
This new project was generously funded by a Wooden Spoon Charity grant. Wooden Spoon supports Cricket Green School’s dedication to creating inclusive and engaging outdoor environments that foster wellbeing and growth.
