Aberdeenshire Sailing Trust open ‘Sailing for All’
AberdeenSailing for All at Aberdeenshire Sailing Trust, Peterhead Sailing Club, a Specialist Equipment & Facilities project focused on transport, in Aberdeen, has been awarded a grant of £6,410 by Wooden Spoon Aberdeen. This project, designed to improve access to sailing opportunities for all, is set to have a significant impact on the local community. Sailing for All builds on the established work of Aberdeenshire Sailing Trust.
Aberdeenshire Sailing Trust, established in 2012 as a charity, aims to make sailing accessible to all.
This new Specialist Equipment & Facilities project provides improved transport resources designed to help individuals of all ages and abilities participate in sailing activities more easily and safely.
This project was generously funded by a grant from Wooden Spoon. Wooden Spoon supports Aberdeenshire Sailing Trust’s dedication to creating inclusive environments that foster wellbeing, confidence, and personal growth.
