Manchester Marathon 2027
The adidas Manchester Marathon is the UK’s second largest marathon and one of Europe’s largest – this iconic event draws participants from all over the world to the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester.
Welcoming all to take on the 26.2 mile challenge, from some superb elite runners, to those who thought completing a marathon would never be possible.
Many regular runners find this the ideal event to get a personal best time, whilst everybody finds the incredible Mancunian support throughout the course unforgettable.

Wooden Spoon works with some event suppliers to provide a platform for our members and supporters to fundraise for the charity. There is a cost to the charity to administer these events and therefore we have set minimum fundraising levels which we view as achievable based on previous participants. It is at Wooden Spoon’s discretion whether to allow the participants to take part or not for the charity, if fundraising levels are not met. Thanks for your understanding.
