Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge®

Take on this spectacular World Heritage coast line as a walk, jog, or run all whilst fundraising for an important cause. Join over 3,000 Challengers heading out from basecamp by Corfe Castle on eight different distance options from 100km to 10km – there’s a Challenge for everyone.

The route heads down to Swanage, and along the coastline to Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with some challenging hills before Weymouth at halfway. For full 100 km Challengers, you’ll head past Portland Bill and along Chesil Beach before a finish line in the vibrant town of Bridport.

Join as an individual or as a team and get ready to experience full support every step of the way. Regular Rest Stops packed with food & drink, hot meals, fully marked routes, massage & medical care, marshals on course and walking the route with you, and of course an unbeatable community. There’s even camping & transfer options available so you can plan your whole weekend smoothly.

Wooden Spoon works with some event suppliers to provide a platform for our members and supporters to fundraise for the charity. There is a cost to the charity to administer these events and therefore we have set minimum fundraising levels which we view as achievable based on previous participants.  It is at Wooden Spoon’s discretion whether to allow the participants to take part or not for the charity, if fundraising levels are not met. Thanks for your understanding.
