North East Bulls

The North East Bulls Wheelchair Rugby Club was founded in 2002 by a group of people with spinal injuries; the club was originally the Newcastle Bulls but later adopted the North-East Bulls as players were joining from further afield.

North East Bulls is the only wheelchair rugby club based in the North East of England and train on a Tuesday and Thursday at Sedgefield Community College.

Josh, who features in our campaign, plays for North East Bulls.

If you are interested in playing for the North East Bulls please contact the club and they can organise for you to attend a session. If you have a disability and you are not sure if Wheelchair Rugby can accommodate you, please get in touch with North East Bulls and they can help make a decision on whether you are eligible to play.
