DESCRIPTION:The 32nd Anniversary Race Day\n\nRipon Racecourse Sunday 17th M
 ay- 11.45 am for 12.15pm start\n\nWooden Spoon Yorkshire cordially invites
  you and your guests to attend the 32nd Anniversary Race Day at Yorkshire
 ’s Garden Racecourse in the private comfort of the Rowels Boxes. As alwa
 ys\, money raised will be helping change the lives of children and young p
 eople with disabilities or facing disadvantage in Yorkshire.\n\nWe are aga
 in accommodated in the prime box\, seating a maximum of 100 guests\, where
  the exclusive balcony provides elevated views of the action and atmospher
 e opposite the winning post. The box is accessible by lift. A Ripon Tote b
 etting counter is nearby and a representative will also process bets at yo
 ur table. In the Yorkshire calendar of events this occasion is particularl
 y regarded as our Ladies Day. Fund raising is limited but fun\, with both 
 in-box entertainment and racing advice.\n\nThe ticket price of £108 is a 
 minimum above costs and provides by tradition a quality three-course silve
 r service lunch\, afternoon cream tea and cakes\, private cash bar with dr
 aught beer\, reserved parking\, Day Members Badge and a free race-card. Sp
 ecial dietary requirements can be arranged.\n\nWe are again grateful to th
 e Ripon Racecourse Executive for accommodating two sponsored races on the 
 card benefiting Wooden Spoon Yorkshire\, and sincerely thank Paul Hammond 
 of Hammond Associates\, and Steven Brooke of Anglo Stainless Ltd. for thei
