Tough Mudder is the ultimate obstacle course challenge. If you want to earn the world-famous orange headband, then sign up for this event.
There’s no competition or timing – it’ll be just you, your teammates and muddy strangers working together to conquer the course which now features 12+ obstacles set over a 5 Kilometre run.

Wooden Spoon works with some event suppliers to provide a platform for our members and supporters to fundraise for the charity. There is a cost to the charity to administer these events and therefore we have set minimum fundraising levels which we view as achievable based on previous participants. It is at Wooden Spoon’s discretion whether to allow the participants to take part or not for the charity, if fundraising levels are not met. Thanks for your understanding.
