Home to London 2012’s Olympic rowing events, Dorney Lake can be found near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire.
This purpose-built rowing lake has grounds that present a great backdrop for running, as well as rowing.
The flat course provides an ideal opportunity for a chip timed personal best over the distance.

Wooden Spoon works with some event suppliers to provide a platform for our members and supporters to fundraise for the charity. There is a cost to the charity to administer these events and therefore we have set minimum fundraising levels which we view as achievable based on previous participants. It is at Wooden Spoon’s discretion whether to allow the participants to take part or not for the charity, if fundraising levels are not met. Thanks for your understanding.
