Introducing the Rugbytots London-to-Paris Cycle Challenge, in aid of Wooden Spoon
Date: Friday 28 June to Monday 1 July 2019.
Route: The 178-mile route from London to Paris takes in some of the iconic sights of both cities, and winds through the countryside to and from the coast in England and France.
What is the ride in aid of?
The purpose of the ride is to raise money for Wooden Spoon. Projects supported through Rugbytots fundraising have included; an adventure playground at St Joseph’s School (Cranleigh, Surrey), playground at Kobi Nazrul School (London), adventure trail at Mayfield School (Brixham, Devon), and a woodland walk at Calthorpe Academy (Birmingham).
Since 2006, Rugbytots has grown beyond anything the founder Max Webb could have imagined. There are now 40,000 children in 16 countries on 5 continents who are part of the Rugbytots family. Here in the UK, more than 500 coaches deliver more than 2,500 classes per week… and the numbers keep rising! Rugbytots has always been passionate about using business to benefit others. We are delighted that since 2014, Rugbytots has been supporting Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby.
