Christmas Charity Support

Please help us be there for children and young people across the UK and Ireland by supporting Wooden Spoon Charity this Christmas.

At Wooden Spoon we support children and young people with disabilities or facing disadvantage across the UK and Ireland through the power of the rugby community and generous donations.

Direct impact: In the past year alone, our funding has directly impacted 38,000 children.

Diversity: We support a wide range of projects from a £250,000 grant to a children’s hospital in Wales, to an £18,000 grant for a fully inclusive beach and at the time, the first Surfboard for Wheelchairs in Ulster.

Sensory Spaces: We are one of the UK’s largest funder of Sensory spaces in the UK which helps neurodiverse children have a safe and calming place to interact.

Wooden Spoon can only fund 1 in 3 grant applications we receive. So we need your help to make more projects possible.
