Rest Recovery/Snoezelen Room opened in Cheltenham

Wooden Spoon Gloucestershire representatives, Tim Heal, Stewart Atkinson and Paul Hipkiss recently attended the official opening of a Rest Recovery/Snoezelen Room at The Ridge Academy in Cheltenham.

The new facility has been upgraded from their existing sensory room with a donation of £5,000 from Wooden Spoon.

The opening was carried out by Alex Chalk, Conservative Candidate for Cheltenham.

The Ridge Academy is a special School for pupils with severe behavioural problems who have been excluded from mainstream education.
