| Munro Bash
To help celebrate Wooden Spoon’s Silver Anniversary this Autumn we invite you to participate in a Munro Bash that aspires to see at least twenty five different Munroes climbed simultaneously on Sunday 14th September 2008, with wooden spoons symbolically planted on the summit cairn once the peak has been scaled
You might opt to do that solo, with a group of friends, team-mates,clubmates or business colleagues but regardless of your party size we’d also invite you to seek sponsorship for the climb and then donate the proceeds to Wooden Spoon. The monies so raised will be utilised in support of future projects further helping disabled and disadvantaged children and young people here in Scotland
All you need to do in the first instance is let us know that you wish to participate following which we will log your interest and send you sponsorship forms to help with the fundraising process.Therafter you can let us know your choice of Munro and shortly before the appointed day we will provide your symbolic spoon
